What is the composition of the BCAAs?
This BCAA 2:1:1 contains vitamins B6, B9, B12, C, L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine in proportion 2:1:1 and L-glutamine.
Vitamin B6 aids the normal breakdown of protein and glycogen. Vitamin B9 supports the normal synthesis of amino acids. Vitamins B6, B9 and C help reduce fatigue.
How should you take your BCAAs?
Take 5 chewable tablets per day.
These BCAAs can be taken 1 hour before training and/or 30 minutes after training.
You can also take them for endurance sports or long workouts.These BCAA tablets are not designed to be dissolved in water.
