It is difficult to train realistically on a traditional punching bag, since most bags are cylindrical and do not realistically reproduce the shape of a human body.
This is why we got inspiration from the boxing gyms of the greatest champions, which use specialised material to gain precision.

– When full the bag measures 96 cm, and will naturally bulge at the top or bottom depending on the filling.
Straps hooked to the bag: 30 cm, measured vertically from top to bottom.

In total, the bag measures 136 cm (bag size attached to the ceiling, measured from top to bottom).

CARE ADVICE

Clean your bag with a damp cloth and soapy water, and rinse it with fresh water.
Do not store in a damp place (indoors or outdoors).

Directions for use

Never punch your bag with bare hands as you risk injuring yourself. Always wear boxing gloves or inner gloves during training.
