What are Elite Energy Gels?

Each sachet provides an impressive 25g of carbohydrates and three electrolytes, best taken before or during a workout. They use a dual combination of carbohydrates using a 2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose mix that provides a concentrated source of fuel when you need it the most.
